Baptist chapel. Dated AD 1883. Stone. Steep, blue slate roof. (Gothic Revival.)
2 storeys. Ground floor has steps up to central gabled portico with twin semi-
circular arches on 3 granite pillars. Rose window above within moulded semi-
circular arch. 2 double, semicircular headed panelled doors. Portico is flanked
by semicircular headed, decorated pilasters and extended by flat roofed porch.
3 semicircular headed windows on each side of entrance. 1st floor: central gable
has large triple window with semicircular heads within similar moulding. Margin
glazing. Lombardic frieze and stone finial at peak. Rectangular turret on
left-hand in 4 stages, ending in small pediments and steep spirelet. One 2-light
4-centre arch-headed window with oval window above in moulded
