Early C19. 20 yard frontage. 2-storey hall in ashlar with plain classical
front. Frontage divided by Roman Doric pilasters, panelled on ground
floor, paired on 1st floor. Frieze and cornice breaking forward
over pilasters, with small central pediment. 3 sash windows in plain
reveals on 1st floor with marginal lights blocked and 1 ground floor
window on each side of central doorway, which is inset under small
rectangular fanlight. 1 window over door in moulded stone surround
with round arch on console brackets with keystone. Panelled double
door. 3 steps. Plinth. Modern hood.
Victoria Hall and Nos 41, 44 and 44A form a group.
Also Victoria Hall and Nos 41, 45 to 49 (odd) form a group.
