Early C18 house. 2-storeys. Local red and blue chequered brick. Stone
slate roof with stone capped quoins and 3 gabled dormers. Stone plinth
and band. Moulded wood eaves cornice. 3 windows, flat stone arches with
keystones, flush frames, plain reveals. Central 4-panelled door with straight
brick arch with stone key and rectangular 3-light fanlight under segmental
wooden hood on brackets.
Victoria Hall and Nos 4l, 45 to 49 (odd) form a group.
