Cottage of c1800. Coursed squared stone with Collyweston slate roof and
stone coped gables. Central ridge and left end moulded stone stacks.
2 storeys of 3 casement windows with wooden lintels. Centre opening 3-lights
except for 2-light and 1-light over to right. Door centre left. Sun
dial on left gable. Lean-to on right end with 1-light in gable over.
