Cottage of later C18. Coursed rubble stone and Collyweston slate roof with brick ridge and right end stacks. Former front faces The Olde Greetham Inn yard. 2 storeys of 2 2-light casement windows with 3 similar windows to ground floor, a 1-light stair window, and 6-panelled door with glazed top panel to far left. Wooden lintels. On one is attached a piece of carved wood dated 1763, probably brought in. On left end a long 1 storey extension and on right end a similar small extension with hipped roof. Entrance now to rear. Included for group value.
