Outbuilding of 1791. Coursed rubble stone with quoins and Collyweston
slate 'bell cast' roof. 1½ storeys. Door with overlight on left end
in probably later brick surround. Opening in gable. Door up steps on
right end. To rear a 3-light window with 2-light hipped dormer. In
quoin on right corner facing Manor Road is inscribed R.C. 1791, a very
likely date. Inside, beams to 3-bay 1st floor.
