House. C19 front to earlier building. Ashlar front with brick east gable.
Collyweston stone slate roof and brick west end stack. Two storeys. Late C19 canted
bay window to right and door to left with rectangular overlight. Narrow sash window
to first floor, above door. Coved cornice. Included for group value.
