70 yards west of Tudor

House, dated 1787 TB on plaque. Of ironstone, with Collyweston stone slate roof,
coped gables and limestone end stacks (that to east heightened in brick), with a brick
ridge stack between the central and eastern bays. Two and a half storeys. Three
window range. C19 panelled and part-glazed door between central and western bays.
C20 casement windows with overlights. All openings have segmental heads and keystones
(double over door). Cills. Wooden cornice. Three hipped 2-light casement dormers.
