House, now workshops for Uppingham School. C18. Coursed ironstone rubble with ashlar
dressings and brick south gable, Collyweston stone slate roof, coped north gable and
brick end stacks. Two storeys. Main block single-fronted with door to left with
fanlight over. Four-light casement window with overlights, and cambered head with
flush keystone to right. Similar 3-light window above. Lower block to south has C19
sash window to ground and first floors. Wing to rear, extended C19, lit by 3-light
casement windows with leaded panes.
