SK 90 SW LUFFENHAM ROAD (West Side)

GV II

House. c1700 and 1724. Coursed rubble stone and quoins and composition stone
slate roof with moulded stone central ridge and end stacks. Stone coped gables
facing. Front to left.3 storeys of 3 2-light renewed casements with 2-light,
glazed door, and 2 3-lights on ground floor. Stone tablet with R. over FS 1724
top centre right. On right end a 1 storey extension with pantile roof and 1
and 2 storey extensions to rear. Inside are beams and 2 inglenooks, 1 with
moulded beam. Included for group value.
