Cottage and stable. Dated 1825. Coursed rubble stone and ashlar with
plinth, quoins and stone dressings and C20 tile roof with stone and
rendered end stacks. Single range. Central pedimented section of. ashlar
with double doors, carved head keystone to cambered arch, band, and tablet
over inscribed 1825. Cottage to left, 2 storeys of 2 2-light casements
and central door with overlight. To right the stable, with central door
and 12-pane window either side. Included for group value.
