Cottage, C18, of coursed rubble with Collyweston stone slate roof and north end
stack rebuilt in brick. Two storeys, 2 window range. 1st floor has 3-light
horizontally sliding sash windows with glazing bars and cills. Ground floor has
3-light casement windows with cills, beneath lintels with flush keystones. Entrance
to side. Gabled wing to rear.
