Cottage (incorporating bakehouse), C18, but of 2 builds. Coursed rubble, including
ironstone, to right of door, and coursed squared stone to left. Collyweston stone
slate roof with stone ridge and end stacks. Two storeys. Steps up to 1st floor
door (possibly entrance to granary originally) to left. Four 1st floor 2- and
3-light casement windows. Three-light casement windows with cills to ground floor.
Entrance betwen central and left hand windows. Gabled wing to rear with stone end
stack, later extended further.
