Cottage, perhaps originally outbuildings. Of several probably C18 builds. Of
coursed rubble with Collyweston stone slate roof, stone north and brick south end
stacks, and south gable end of brick. One storey. Two-light casement window and
door beneath lintels with keystones, then 2 blocked round-headed arches, now
containing windows - a small 4-pane one to the left and a 2-light with glazing bars
to the right. Lean-to with doorway to right.
