Cottage, C18, of coursed rubble with Collyweston stone slate roof and stone north
end stack. South wall has been rebuilt C20, probably as a result of the demolition
of the adjoining building. Two storeys, 2 window range, central entrance within C20
porch. Original 2-light casement windows with glazing bars, and cills. Two storey
range to rear with lateral brick stack.
