Cottage, early C19, of coursed rubble with ashlar dressings, Collyweston stone slate
roof and brick end stacks. Two storeys. Main block single fronted, door to right
with rectangular fanlight over. Lower part to right also of 2-storeys and one
window wide. Sash window with cills. Ground floor openings have flush keystones.
