House, formerly part of Ketton Grange. Early C20, of squared stone with Collyweston
stone slate roof, coped gables and end stack. Two storeys, continuing in one range
with Ketton Grange but with a gable to the north giving the impression of a cross
wing. Two doors in east end. Windows with Gothic tracery. Included for group
value.
