The Gable House

House, formerly cross wing to Ketton Grange, C19, of squared stone with ashlar
dressings, Collyweston stone slate roof. Stepped coped gables (that to garden with
sundial) and ridge stack. 1½ and 2-storeys, 2 window range, gabled dormers with
sash windows breaking through eaves. Gable end to street also 2 windows wide, with
two 1st floor sash windows and at ground floor level a long window with Gothic
tracery and a C20 door to right. Included for group value.
