Cottage, C19, of rubble with ashlar band above windows, Collyweston stone slate roof,
stone south end stack. Details match those of No 27. 1½-storeys. Door flanked by
single-light C20 casement with glazing bars to left and similar 2-light window to
right. Small casement window at eaves level, and a 2-light gabled dormer. Included
for group value.
