Cottage, dated 1757 S S to rear above blocked entrance. Of coursed rubble including
ironstone, with ashlar dressings, Collyweston stone slate roof with parapeted gable
and brick ridge and end stacks. Two storeys. South gable end has 3-light C20
ground floor window with timber lintel, 2-light C20 1st floor window with stone
lintel and flush keystone. East side has 4-panel door beneath chamfered timber
lintel, and a small-paned window above in a larger, partly-blocked opening beneath
lintel with flush keystone. Blocked doorway visible to right of present doorway.
