House, C17 and barn and cottage, C18. Of coursed rubble with Collyweston stone
slate roofs. House has stone ridge and west end stacks, and is of 1½ storeys. From
left: 2-light casement window with overlight beneath timber lintel, gabled dormer
with decorative barge-boards above. 2 storey 5-light canted bay window with
ovolo-moulded stone mullions and cornices, and gable above on decorative kneelers,
with datestone B over RK 1693. Small 1st floor window. C19 door beneath timber
lintel with Sun fire mark, 3-light casement window beneath timber lintel, gabled
dormer above. Single-fronted cottage, to east, has mansard roof with brick end
stack, C19 door and 3-light casement window beneath timber lintels to ground floor,
and similar 3-light casement dormer above. 3 wall-tie ends in shape of crosses.
Barn to west has 2 small blocked ventilation loops to street front.
