Two cottages, C17 or earlier origin, but of several builds. Of coursed rubble with
pantiled roof, massive central stone ridge stack with brick and stone shafts, and
brick west end stack. One storey andattics. C19 doors. Irregularly spaced
casement windows. Christmas Cottage has 2 2-light dormers and Grange Cottage has
one 4-light dormer with glazing bars.
