Cottage, formerly washhouse and bakehouse, early C18 with later alterations. Of
coursed rubble with hipped Collyweston stone slate roof and central pyramidal-roofed
louvre. Two storeys. Stack to rear. North front has 3 C20 windows and door to
left, beneath continuous concrete lintel. 1st floor retains original croisé windows
with casement openings and leaded lights.
