at Chapel Farm
GV II

Farm buildings, a stable range and barn facing it across the yard. Early
C19. Coursed rubble. Stable range has various openings with cambered
brick heads and outside brick stair to loft but the main feature is the
gable end which has embattled gable coping and a blocked full-height
gothick traceried window. The barn range has large central double doors
and 2 tiers of ventilation slits, it also has an embattled gable parapet
and blocked lancet window. Adjoining it is a cart shed with brick piers,
also terminating in an embattled gable.
