7/30 No. 12 (Brook

Farmhouse, early C18. Ironstone rubble with angle quoins and large stones
stepped in gable. Modern tiled roof. Brick axial and gable stacks.
2 storeys, a 3-unit plan form with door to left of centre of elevation,
behind the stack in a lattice work porch. Various 2 and 3-light casement
windows with chamfered wooden lintels, and an additional door to right of
elevation. Rear of house has an original outshut and a hipped gable.
The N. gable chimney flue projects.
