Late C18/early C19. Red brick, wide eaves and slate roof with coped gable ends.
3 storeys. 3 windows in all, sashes with glazing bars except 1st floor has 1
unbarred sash and 1 early C19 style casement. Windows with flat gauged red brick
arches those of 1st floor, round arched with impost bands (windows square heads).
Modern shop fronts with passageway at west side of Hammonds.
