Late C18/early C19. Red brick with rusticated stucco ground floor, stucco band
at 1st floor sill height and enriched stucco eaves band, cornice and blocking
course. Old tiled roof and end chimneys. 3 storeys, 3 windows, centre 1st and
2nd floor windows in stucco architraves, the others with gauged flat arches,
sashes with late C19 glazing. Ground floor has C19 shop front. Large angular
bay with 4 lights (vertical-glazing bars only remain) under entablature with
enriched cornice, frieze and architrave, continued over shop door to east. Round
arched entrance to Court 17 (with metal nameplate above) at east side of facade.
