Mid/late C19 facade. Red brick with stone band, eaves cornice and blocking course. Roof not visible. Ground floor stone faced. 3 storeys, 2 windows, sashes with late C19 glazing, stone architraves, those of 1st floor moulded and with labels. Ground floor has dentil cornice, frieze, architrave and end stops. Symmetrical arrangement of 3 windows flanked by entrance each side; western one leads to rear passageway. Included in Grade II for group value.
