Originally a single house, now divided, c1800. Red brick with hipped slate
roof. 2 storeys and symmetrical facade, 3-1-3. Central bay brought forward,
emphasizing the entrance, a flat porch with paired Tuscan columns. 12-light
sash windows with external louvred shutters and gauged brick heads. Outer
central window spaces blank. Plain string course above ground floor window,
and plain eaves cornice with stuccoed flat parapet over central bay.
2-storey segmental shallow brick bay on South elevation.
