Farmhouse, late C16, with later modifications. Timber frame and brick.
2 storeyed, hall and cross wing plan with entrance between the 2 units.
Cross wing is of exposed timber framing with large panels and arch braces,
ground floor now of brick. Main range is clad or rebuilt in brick and of
2 units separated by a stack. Brick string course at 1st floor height,
additional doorway to east of elevation. 2 and 3-light casement windows
(Cl9). Gable end has 3 windows, with segmental brick arched heads.
Moulded brick coping to gable. Main range roofed with Swithland slate,
cross wing re-roofed with plain tiles.
