House, 1702, possibly heightened at later date. Flemish bond brickwork on
stone plinth. 2 storeys, and 2 unit plan form with doorway slightly off
centre beneath bracketted wooden porch. Windows (12-light casements) are
replacements but openings may be originals; brick segmental arches to
ground floor, square headed to 1st. Centrally placed stone bears date
1702 & initials IDF with decorative scrolls. To the right, a lower 1-unit
extension with slate roof continuing over a full-height entry to former
farmyard behind.
