Cottage, c17. Timber frame with brick infill and thatched roof. Main range
of I unit and 1½ storeys, with 2 storey c19 extension at right angles. Main
range has horizontal sliding sash windows, and tall panelled framing with arch
braces and a queen strut tie beam and collar roof. Original stack on east wall,
a more recent one in the S.W. corner.
