House of early C19 with C17/C18 core. Red brick, partly rendered and
painted with plain tile roof, gable facing, and 3 rebuilt blue brick ridge
stacks. 2 storeys of 6 windows facing left, 2 and 3-light casements and
horizontal sashes, French window, and door in C20 porch. 3 bay square
panel timber frame visible in rear. Brick nogging. Interior: timber
framed cross walls, inglenook and ceiling beams. 1 storey stable building
extends from right gable. Group value with No. 42 Top Street.
