Cottage of C17/C18. Painted and rendered brick with stone plinth and
plain tile and pantile roof, gable facing. Central ridge and end stacks.
2 storeys, 4 and 1-light renewed casements. Perch. 3-light casement
in extension to right. 3=light on rear. C2Q extension projects from
left end of front. Interior: inglenook and chamfered ceiling beams.
Truss in right end gable. Listed for group value with Mill Croft next
