Farmhouse core of C17, extended in the later C18 or early C19. Timber framed
to original range, the rest of brick. Plain tiled roofs throughout. The
original range is timber framed in square panels with some straight arched
bracing and brick panel infill its gable end has been built out in brick. 2
units are visible with a central doorway and flanking casement windows of 2
and 3 lights, but this range may extend further behind a brick wing which
projects in front. Gable end stack. Parallel range to rear, also brick,
and formerly 3 storeyed but now 2. It has a rear doorway to one side, and
wide casement windows.
