Lodge, now cottage. Circa 1830 in a picturesque 'Olde Englishe' style.
Plastered, with applied half-timbering. Scalloped eaves to plain tile
roof with ridge stack. One storey and attic. 2 window front;
diamond-lattice casements on first floor in small oriels on carved
brackets with gables over. Pierced wavy barge boards with end
pendants, central pendants and pinnacles. Ground floor windows in very
shallow bays with shaped aprons and pentice hoods on carved brackets
over. Projecting first floor at right hand (west) end standing on 4
twisted columns on high bases. Central ribbed door between 2 windows;
first floor oriel with pentice roof over. Lower wing to rear.
