Pigeoncote, C17 with C19 alterations. Red brick in Flemish bond with burnt
headers, Swithland slate plinth, Swithland slate roof. Square plan with 4
gables. 3 storey 2 bay front with first floor string course. To ground
floor is a planked door and a planked opening. Above is a further single
door and a fixed 2 light window in the gable. All openings have segmental
brick heads. The upper floors have continuous rows of nesting boxes on the
inner wall with brick perches supported on dogtoothed corbels. C19 softwood
roof.
