Cottage. Late C17. Restored c.1980. Timber framed with brick noggin and
thatched roof with a single wall and a single gable stack. Single storey plus
attics. 2 bays of box framing with upper braces. South-east front has plank
door with adjoining C20 window to right, beyond a further 2 light window. Above
2, 3 light eyebrow dormers. Interior: reputed to retain exposed ceiling beams
and purlins, plus wind braces to roof. Lean-to addition at rear of rubble
stone.
