II
1830. Stuccoed front with parapet. Two storeys, first floor pilasters supporting entablature with cornice and frieze with honeysuckle. Four windows, ends project slightly, round arches with moulded architrave, glazing bars. Ground floor rusticated, slightly tapered windows at ends with shouldered architraves, centre two fluted Doric columns in antis supporting entablature over recessed entrance with wide panelled door, rectangular fanlight, shouldered architrave, flanking pilasters and large windows with panelled surrounds. Built of brick behind the stuccoed facade. Slate hipped roof.
