Late C18/early C19. Stuccoed with modern applied sham timber framing.
Slate roof with gable ends. Moulded stone cornice and blocking course.
Four storeys. Three windows, third floor centre blank, first floor panel
in shouldered moulded architrave with keyblock. All restored sashes with
glazing bars. Two original first floor sashes with side lights narrow
panelled pilasters and entablature. C19 ground floor decorated flat pilasters
with fascia over, at each end panelled wide double doors with rectangular
fanlights, central modern window. Rear early C18 stuccoed brick, heavy
modillion eaves cornice, two storeys, two windows obscured by fire escape.
