Late C18. Painted brick. Slate hipped roof, paired brackets to wide
eaves. Three storeys. Three windows, irregular fenestration, segmental
brick arches, left-hand blank, right-hand windows blocked, centre replaced
by modern casements. Band at first floor level. Stuccoed ground floor,
two segmental arches with keyblocks, sashes without glazing bars. Central
C19 panelled doorcase with cornice on brackets, fielded panel door. Right
hand return to St Martin's East: two windows, exposed red brick, moulded
brick string course at first floor level.

Nos 2 to 12 (even) St Martin's Cathedral and the Guildhall together with
No 20 Loseby Lane form a group.
