Dated 1868. Red brick and stone dressings. Two storeys. Three windows.
Rusticated quoin pilasters. Centre projects slightly. Central round-arch
entrance with entablature supported on round columns with carved capitals,
carved spandrels and keyblock. Ground floor: three-light round-arch windows
with keyblocks and panelled pilasters. Frieze at first floor level with
date and St Margaret's Vestry Hall inscribed. First floor central pedimented
window with panelled pilasters and pulvinated frieze and flanking Venetian
windows but with segmental pediments. Heavy stone modillion cornice and
brick parapet. Right-hand wing lower two storeys, two windows. Left-hand
return to Vestry Street three windows, first floor with segmental pediments,
ground floor round-arches with keyblocks.
