Adjoining No 14. Early C19. Stucco. Three storeys. Two windows. Ground
floor has two rectangular and one round-head windows under a curved cornice.
Double-recessed round-headed door. First and second floor windows have
cornices on brackets. Sill band to first floor windows. All sashes with
glazing bars. Wide eaves soffit. Slate roof. Large modern dormer.
