SK 5804 NE 1/74 No 44
Late C18. Red brick. Three storeys. One three-light sash window with
glazing bars to each storey, the first floor bowed window replaced by
modern three-light sash. Modern shop with large fascia. Lead rainwater
head. Stone bands and modillion eaves cornice. Included for group value.

Nos 44, 46 and 46B form a group.
