SK 5804 SE 3/280 Nos 49 and 51
Mid C19. Stuccoed. Slate roof. Modillion eaves cornice. Moulded sill
courses. Four storeys. Two windows, moulded architraves, cornices on
console brackets to first and second floors. Sashes without glazing bars.
Large modern shop with large fascia board. Included for group value.

All listed buildings on East side of Market Place form a group with Nos
35, 37 and 29 (rear elevations) Gallowtree Gate, (Nos 61, 63 and 67 Market
Place and No 35 Gallowtree Gate are buildings of local interest).
