The following building was de-listed on 15th January 2001.

14-MAR-75 (East side)


Late C18. Red brick. Low-pitched slate roof with gabled ends. Stuccoed eaves cornice and band. Four storeys. Three windows, flat brick arches, restored sashes with glazing bars. Arcaded second floor. Modern shop windows set between four half-columns in Greek Doric with a modern hood over part.
All listed buildings on East side of Market Place form a group with Nos 35, 37 and 29 (rear elevations) Gallowtree Gate, ( Nos 61, 63 and 67 Market Place and No 35 Gallowtree Gate are buildings of local interest).
