SK 5804 NE 1/71 No75
Late C18. Red brick. Three storeys. One window. Large shallow round-arch
recess over all storeys, Sashes with glazing bars, first floor replaced
by modern casement, flat brick arches. Slate roof. Moulded eaves cornice.
Tall modern ground floor bank front of stone.

All listed buildings on East side of Market Place form a group with Nos
35, 37 and 29 (rear elevations) Gallowtree Gate,(Nos 61, 63 and 67 Market
Place and No 35 Gallowtree Gate are buildings of local interest).
