Small early C18 house. Brick, band and mouldedbrick eaves cornice. Stuccoed
plinth. Steep-pitched slate roof with coped gable ends with brick chimney
stacks. Two storeys and attic. Two windows, flat brick arches, sashes
in moulded cases, without glazing bars, twin sash to ground floor right.
A later C18 wood moulded doorcase with inset door under plain semi-circular
fanlight and open pediment with dentils. Two hipped dormers, original
with heavy moulded eaves, and horizontal sliding sashes with glazing bars.
