Nos 4 to 8 (even)
SK 5804 SE 3/78
C18. Red brick. Slate roof with gable ends. Moulded stone eaves, cornice
and moulded pediment over centre. Stone bands. Three storeys. Centre
three windows break forward, one window wings on right-hand extended to
three windows, flat brick arches, sashes with glazing bars. At centre
and to left modern ashlar ground floor in classical style with pilasters
and entablature and large metal-frame windows. Modern round-arched stone
architrave to right-hand doorway.

Nos 2 to 8 (even) form a group also the Friar Street elevation of No 2
forms a group with No 17, 19 to 23(odd), 25 and 27 Friar Lane.
