SK 5804 SE 3/79 5.1.50 Nos 12, 12A, and 14
One block of three-storey C18 building in red brick, with centre recessed,
five windows. Side wings are splayed with one window to the sloped face.
Brick bands and moulded brick eaves cornice. All windows have stone keystones
in segmental brick arches, sashes in flush casing mostly with glazing
bars. Two doors at sides and central passage doorway, all with moulded
hoods on plain brackets, and fanlights, the centre only glazed with interesting
bars, panelled doors. Slate roof.
